Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return policy for information on returning shipped items.
• Surgitech does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. and customised products.
• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds for hygiene products once they have been opened or used. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description and specification before making your purchase.

Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a product, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging intact. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the web site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please raise the replacement request to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Surgitech, it'll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
• Refund/Replacement in case of perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. can only be made in exceptional circumstances if the quality of product delivered is not as described.
